Timber Sale Administration
When the time comes, we work with landowners to reach all objectives through timber harvesting. From flagging boundary and marking/inventorying the trees for sale, to seeding the trails when the harvest finishes, we help you through every step in between. In addition, we bid our sales out to +35-40 timber buyers to find the best fit for you.

Timber Stand Improvement
Licensed and insured herbicide applicator in the state of Ohio. We can complete projects such as invasive species treatment, grapevine control, crop tree release, and other improvement projects. We can complete these projects that qualify for funding under the EQIP and CSP programs as well through the USDA NRCS.
-
Forest Inventory/ Depletion Basis
We can inventory your forestland via point sampling with forest inventory technology to give you an accurate estimate of timber present on your tract/tracts. In addition, we can use these inventories to develop a depletion basis to deduct from when selling timber as well.
-
Forest Carbon Marketing
Assistance with marketing your forestland for Carbon Credits is also offered by our firm. We currently only work with two companies that we believe offer the best carbon markets for Ohio landowners.

About Us:
Colton grew up on his family’s tree farm in East Central Ohio near the small town of Roswell. He went on to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Science from West Virginia University, majoring in Forest Resource Management. Afterwards, it had been a longtime dream to start a forestry consulting business to help forest landowners in our home state.
Evan is from Dresden, OH and has an Associates Degree in Science from Hocking College and majored in Forestry. He is a Forest Technician for the MWCD full-time, while assisting us in all project areas part-time.
Sam is from Hopedale and currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Forestry from The Ohio State University. He hopes to join our team full-time after graduation and currently assists in most all project areas.
